Conflict of Interest

The Indonesian Journal of EFL and Linguistics welcomes original scholarly manuscripts that advance knowledge in English language teaching and learning, English as a Foreign Language, linguistics, and literature. Submissions must demonstrate a clear contribution to the field and fall within the journal’s focus and scope.

Original Research Articles

Original research articles report previously unpublished investigations addressing significant research questions. The journal welcomes qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-methods studies, including classroom-based research, experimental studies, surveys, case studies, ethnographic investigations, corpus-based research, and discourse analyses.

Manuscripts should establish a clear research gap, explain the theoretical or conceptual framework, describe appropriate research methods, and present findings supported by evidence. The discussion should connect the findings to previous scholarship and explain their theoretical, methodological, or practical implications.

Research articles should normally include an Introduction, Literature Review, Research Methodology, Findings, Discussion, Conclusion, and References. Relevant ethical considerations, limitations, and recommendations should be addressed.
